Our Niagara Meeting packages include:

Your group can choose from 3 different properties with a number of accommodation options.
Harbour House Hotel
Our Rooms have king-size feather-top beds (a few are convertible to twins). Premium Rooms have a view of the river or the patio, a whirlpool tub and a glass enclosed shower (there are a few with a large, multi-head shower instead of the whirlpool). All Premium Rooms have a gas burning fireplace, complete entertainment centre with DVD, CD and flat screen TV, coffee maker and two snuggly robes.
Shaw Club Hotel and Spa
Each room is uniquely decorated and features a king size feather top bed, 300 count Egyptian cotton linens, down pillows and duvet. Bathrooms have oversized multi-head showers with a rain head and glass vanities with stainless steel sinks. The latest technology of i-pod stations, plasma TV and surround sound await your pleasure.
The Charles Inn
Just recently refurbished, each of our twelve guestrooms has been beautifully decorated and is unique in size, décor and amenities. Many of the rooms have fireplaces; glass enclosed rain-head showers or jet-air tubs, and private verandahs to enjoy the view of the golf course, Niagara-on-the-Lake’s main street, or Lake Ontario. Each bed promises a luxurious sleep in 300 count Egyptian cotton, feather top beds, down duvets and down pillows. Also, all rooms provide complimentary wireless internet access.
Harbour House Hotel
The serenity and luxury that surrounds you at Harbour House can also energize your next business or social gathering. The Cayuga Room at Harbour House is ideal for a meeting for up to 14 Guests or a casual reception room for 20. Our Conservatory can be used as a hospitality room or for private dinners and can accommodate up to 28 Guests.
Shaw Club Hotel and Spa
Our new meeting room at the Shaw Club Hotel & Spa provides an exquisite setting for executive meetings. This state of the art meeting space may be configured in a variety of fashions to suit your needs. Up to 22 people can be accommodated comfortably in this room. Featured in the conference room is a 60-inch plasma screen, providing an unbelievably vivid backdrop for presentations. Our professional conference staff will be by your side to ensure that your meeting is flawless.
The Charles Inn
Step back in time at this 1832 Georgian Style Manor House. Great locales for your next gathering – whether it be our Indoor Verandah (up to 24 Guests), our Parlour (up to 12 Guests) or the entire Dining Room (up to 55 Guests), The Charles Inn is perfect for that Special Lunch, Dinner or Reception.
Social Room Features
- All Rooms are broad-loomed, air conditioned, temperature and lighting controls (many, also offer natural lighting), comfortable upholstered chairs and Easy access to the outdoors for quick breaks.
- All rooms and public areas have Complimentary Wireless High speed internet access.
- Standard AV is on site, incouding: Flip charts, screen, notepads, pens, markers, whiteboard, lecterns, LCD Projector (additional cost) and power cords.
- Space may be reduced by audio/visual and other needs.
