A Message to our Valued Guests:

To ensure that we are doing our part to protect our team and our guests and encourage ‘social distancing’, we are taking the following measures.

We have reduced the hours of operations for our Room Reservations Department to 9am-5pm daily. Staffing levels are limited and as a result, we strongly encourage our guests to reserve on-line at

We are accepting room reservations beginning Friday, April 3rd onwards at all our properties.

We continue to take direction from our federal government and as such this may change as we continue to insure the health and safety of our team members and guests. We look forward to welcoming you on your next visit.

The following Niagara's Finest Hotels properties are temporarily closed:

  • Shaw Club Hotel and Zees Grill.
  • Harbour House Hotel.
  • Chili Jiao and Masaki Sushi.
  • The Charles Hotel and HobNob Restaurant.
  • Our remaining restaurants will be open for room service and take-out only.

Our Updated Cancellation Policy includes the following:

We are waiving individual cancellation fees for hotel stays through April 30, 2020 for guests who booked directly through our website or our Luxury Travel Team.

If you booked through a third-party travel site like Expedia or you will need to contact them directly to cancel.

We are closely monitoring Health Canada and World Health Organization statements regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following closely the guidelines set out by these organizations.
