Zee's Grill Executive Chef Matt Tattrie

Executive Chef Matt Tattrie was born and raised in St. Catharines, Ontario and studied as a culinary apprentice at Niagara College. Prior to Zees Grill, Chef Tattrie was the Executive Chef at the Riverbend Inn & Vineyard. Chef Tattrie also spent over 10 years at Vintage Hotels, working in some of the finest restaurants in Niagara-on-the-Lake, including the restaurants of The Pillar and Post, Queen's Landing and Prince of Wales Hotel.
