Do you offer room service?
Harbour House does not offer room service as there is no on-site restaurant.

You can cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to the day of arrival.
Do you have on-site parking?
Yes, guests can park in the lot at the side of the hotel. You can access it from Melville Street. There is also street parking.
How close is the hotel to Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake?
Harbour House is mere blocks away from the shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions of Queen Street. The hotel is also a short walk to Queen’s Royal Park and steps from the waterfront.
Is there shuttle service available?
Yes, from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. every evening within the historical Old Town, including Peller Estates and Two Sisters winery.
Is there a place to rent bicycles?
Yes! In fact, there’s Zoom bike rental on site.
Is there complimentary shuttle service from the Toronto airport?
