Our new E-Gift Cards are sent directly via email to your Inbox - no postage or printing required. You can forward the e-card from your inbox to your chosen recipient or if you would like to print it and put it in a card, you can do that too! Recipients can store the gift in their mobile device and present for scanning at the hotel or restaurant, or they can print it and bring in the paper copy.
Purchase of e-cards are restricted to Canada and USA customers only.

WARNING: Gift cards are non refundable once purchased and Niagara Finest Hotels is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
How to Purchase an Electronic Gift Card (or E-Card):
Step 1: Under “Select”, please choose the image you would like to appear on the E-card.
Step 2: Click or type in the dollar amount you would like each e-card to be for. You can order up to 5 at a time, each at a preselected dollar amount, and send each one individually.
For steps 3-8 please review the fields carefully for accuracy (spelling or grammatical errors; date to be sent) as this information cannot be changed once the purchase is completed. If the quantity selected is more than 1, the information you enter below will be the same on each card. If you would like each card to be different, you will need to complete each purchase separately.
Step 3: Complete the “To” and "From" fields.
Special characters including #, $, %, & and * are not valid. (For example: Mary & John SHOULD BE: Mary and John)
Step 4: In the “Message” field you can type in a personalized message for the recipient.

Step 5: Type your email in both the "Recipient's Email" and the "Confirm Email" fields.
Step 6: The Delivery Date field will automatically default to todays date. We strongly recommend you do not change the date as once selected that date cannot be modified. Please note that if you select a date in the future, your e-card will not be sent until that date.
The e-card will come from a email@example.com. Please check your junk mail or any spam folders you may have if you do not receive it to your inbox.
Step 7: Click on “Preview Card” to see what your E-card will look like.
Step 8: If you are happy with the way it looks and all information is correct, please click “Add to Cart”, and then continue the check out process. If you would like to make changes, click on the X in the top right hand corner and return to the previous screen for editing.
Completing the Purchase of Your Gift Card (or E-Card):
Billing Information: The information you enter for this section must EXACTLY MATCH your credit card billing statement. (For Example: 123 Main St. will fail to process if your credit card billing address is 123 Main Street)
Verification: Where required, your credit card may need to be verified by VISA/Mastercard. If your pop-up blockers are turned on, you will not be able to see the transaction message and your purchase will fail. Please ensure you have your pop-up blockers turned off to complete your purchase.
The e-card will come from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please check your junk mail or any spam folders you may have if you do not receive it to your inbox.

Electronic gift cards should be treated the same way as cash. They are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
We strongly encourage card holders to register their cards once they receive them. This makes it easy to check their card balance, transaction history or update their contact information.
