The Sip & Savour event returns to The Gardens at Pillar and Post

Experience an unforgettable evening at the enchanting Gardens at Pillar and Post, where beautifully landscaped surroundings set the stage for a celebration of Niagara’s exceptional food and beverage scene. Wander through the gardens as you sample delicious bites from local culinary partners, perfectly paired with award-winning wines, craft beers, and premium spirits from some of the region’s most beloved producers.
Enoy live music from Laurel & Hulley from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., providing the perfect soundtrack for a relaxed evening of tasting and discovery. Guests are encouraged to join in the festive fun by sporting their favourite Christmas sweaters, holiday hats, and seasonal scarves.
Each Sip & Savour Passport includes 4 food vouchers and 4 beverage vouchers, giving you the opportunity to mix and match offerings from participating wineries, breweries, distilleries, and restaurants. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your passport early and join us for this unique Niagara experience.
Ticket Cost
Hotel guests booked at any of our other properties who would like to attend can have a Sip & Savour Passport added to their reservation for $59.00 per person plus tax and fees. Members of the public are also welcome to attend and may purchase tickets at the same rate. A ticket is required for each person to enter The Gardens. Must be of legal drinking age. Passports cannot be shared. Please call.

**Please note that The Gardens is a private, licensed space and no outside Food & Beverage will be permitted. The Gardens is also a non-smoking environment and will not be accessible to pets visiting with their owners. May we recommend the Commons as a suitable walking area for your pet.
