  • What other hotels belong to the Niagara’s Finest Hotels collection?

    Along with the Shaw Club Hotel, Niagara’s Finest Hotels proudly operates the Charles Hotel and Harbour House Hotel. 

  • How many rooms are in the hotel?

    The Shaw Club has 30 sophisticated guest rooms. Looking for some extra company? Ask our front desk for a pet fish for your room.  

  • When is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m.

  • Is your hotel wheelchair accessible?

    With the exception of the Club Rooms, which are in a separate building, all of the Shaw Club’s rooms are on the ground-floor or can be accessed by an elevator.

    Please call us our luxury travel advisors. We can assist further if we know the mobility issue and can describe our wheelchair-accessible room to you.

  • Is your hotel dog-friendly?

    Our first floor is completely pet-friendly. Please call our luxury travel advisors to ensure the room type you are interested in is located on the first floor. 

    Guests with furry friends might be more interested in our sister hotel, Harbour House, which has two dog-friendly floors and a package specifically designed for dog lovers.

  • Do you offer room service?

    Yes. We offer breakfast and dinner room service upon request. Breakfast is from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. and dinner is from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    You can cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to the day of arrival.

  • Where are Club Rooms located?

    Club Rooms are located in a separate building and are accessible by staircase only.
