Elegant, refreshing, sparkling! Zees Grill’s Sparkling Poinsettia cocktail is a delightful blend of pomegranate juice, ginger liqueur, and sparkling wine. Perfect to serve at Christmas parties, a New Year’s Eve bash or any get-together this winter season.

Ingredients
2 pieces Candied ginger
1 tsp Pomegranate seeds (or cranberries)
2 dashes Bitters
½ oz Ginger liqueur
1 oz Pomegranate or cranberry juice
Sparkling wine
Method
- Put 1 piece of candied ginger and fruit in a flute glass.
- Top with bitters.
- Pour in ginger liqueur and juice.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with candied ginger.
