Pomegranate Margarita

This Pomegranate Margarita is festive, tangy, and totally toast-worthy for Holiday celebrations. This vibrant cocktail blends tequila, triple sec, lime, and pomegranate juice for a bold, refreshing sip that’s perfect for clinking glasses under twinkling lights or ringing in the new year with style.

Ingredients

1 ½ oz Tequila

1 oz Triple sec

½ oz Lime juice

2 oz Pomegranate juice

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice and all ingredients.
  2. Shake vigorously for at least 10 seconds, or until the shaker feels cold to the touch.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass rimmed with salt.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of rosemary.

Apple Jack Pie

Whether you’re hosting a holiday party, trimming the tree, or just celebrating the season, this festive cocktail is your new go-to Christmas drink. With bold Fireball, sweet Niagara Vidal Icewine, and sparkling apple cider, it’s a merry mix that’s as fun to make as it is to sip. Garnished with cranberries and cinnamon, it’s basically Christmas cheer in a glass!

Ingredients

1 oz Fireball whisky

1 oz Niagara Vidal Icewine

3 oz Niagara sparkling apple cider

Cinnamon stick, freshly sliced apple & fresh cranberries for garnish

Method

  1. Rim the glass of a stemless wine glass into a blend of ground cinnamon and sugar.
  2. Fill the glass with ice to chill the drink.
  3. Pour the whisky and the Icewine into the glass.
  4. Top with the sparkling apple cider for a crisp, bubbly finish.
  5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, a few fresh cranberries, and a slice of fresh apple for a seasonal and aromatic presentation.
