Ingredients

1 oz Dillon’s strawberry gin

½ oz lemon juice

1 oz Niagara Icewine

4 oz of Niagara sparkling wine

Splash (1oz) soda water (if desired)

Method

  1. In a stemless wineglass, pour approximately 3 oz of water.
  2. Tie a string around the top of a fresh rosemary sprig and secure the ends to the sides of the glass using clothespins, keeping the rosemary upright.
  3. Freeze the glass until the water solidifies, creating a snow globe effect with the rosemary resembling a tree.
  4. Once the glass is frozen and ready, pour in 1 oz Dillon’s strawberry gin.
  5. Add ½ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 oz Niagara Icewine, and 4 oz Niagara sparkling wine.
  6. Top with soda water if desired for extra effervescence.
